Easy 3 Step Process
Step 1: Complete the “Budget Website Setup Form” & Pay $250 Deposit
Simply fill out the setup form in your own time and email it to our office along with any images / downloadable documents. Please note that we require all text to be in a digital format and proofread otherwise there will be additional fees for typing and proofreading. All content and $250 deposit is required before we can setup your website.
Step 2: We Create Your New Website & You Review It
Once we have the completed setup form we can create your new website, add all the content, spice it up with any extras you might have chosen and let you know it’s ready for review. You review the website and let us know of any changes to be made or upgrades you’d like. Please note there may be additional fees for major changes.
Step 3: Final Payment & Website Handover
After you make the final payment we will hand the website over to you with an easy to follow website manual including usernames and passwords, so that you have everything you need to manage the website.
Limitations
Google Sites are easy to use but do have some limitations which include; limitations on the customization of website theme, sidebar position cannot be changed, footer links cannot be removed, no CSS style sheets, no JavaScripts, no ability to change meta tags.
If these limitations are too restrictive then we suggest looking into our Premium Websites which can be tailored to suit your every need and are limited only by your imagination.
Please Note: The above price includes a maximum of 4 hours work. Any additional work will be charged at an hourly rate of $110 (inc GST).
Ongoing Fees: The only ongoing fee is the cost of domain name renewal which is below $30 per year depending what type of domain you have registered.
Website Maintenance: If you would rather us maintain the website and make changes on your behalf this can be done at an hourly rate.
Copywriting & Proofreading: The above price does not include copywriting or proofreading but these services can be provided should you require them.
Domain Name Availability: The above package includes a “.com” domain name registered for 1 year. Please be aware that your preferred domain names may not be available in which case you may need to choose a similar name or choose a different top level domain such as “.net” or “.biz”.
